Meetcam Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Meetcam.
• You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.

• You are responsible for information and content shared from your account.
• You must keep your login, passkey, linked Google account, and device access secure.
• You must not impersonate another person or create misleading profiles.

• No abusive, hateful, violent, fraudulent, illegal, or exploitative content.
• No harassment, stalking, scams, spam, or misuse of messaging, calls, or live streaming.
• No child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualized conduct involving minors.
• No attempt to bypass moderation, payment, safety, or platform controls.

• You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Meetcam the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and moderate it inside the service.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, safety rules, payment rules, or legal obligations.

• Paid balances, plans, and premium features are digital service items and may be subject to platform billing rules.
• Prices, availability, and package details may change.
• Refunds, if any, are handled under the relevant payment platform or applicable law.

• We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts for safety, fraud prevention, payment abuse, platform abuse, or legal compliance.
• Violations may lead to content removal, account restrictions, balance action where permitted, or permanent account termination.

• We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features may change, pause, or end as the service evolves.
