Meetcam Account Deletion
This page explains how to permanently delete a Meetcam account and associated user data. It is provided as the public account deletion page for the Meetcam Android app.
1. In-App Account Deletion
- Open the Meetcam app.
- Go to Profile > Delete Account.
- Read the warning carefully. The app will explain that account recovery is not possible and that your profile data and content will be permanently deleted.
- Tap Delete Forever and confirm.
- Once deletion is completed, the app immediately signs you out and sends you back to the login screen.
2. What Will Be Deleted
- Profile details, uploaded posts, uploaded photos, uploaded videos, paid videos, reviews, follows, reports, and account-visible content associated with the account.
- Messages, notifications, and app data tied to that account, subject to operational and legal limitations.
- Linked push notification identifiers and related service access for that account.
3. Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Any content removed through this process should be treated as permanently deleted from active systems.
4. What May Be Retained
- Records required for fraud prevention, security investigations, chargeback handling, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.
- Limited technical logs and backup traces kept for a restricted period where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
5. If You Cannot Access the App
If you cannot access the app, contact support@codderlab.info and include the email address, login identity, or Meetcam user ID associated with the account. We may ask for limited verification details to prevent unauthorized deletion.
6. Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are processed within a commercially reasonable period. Where retention is legally required for certain records, those records are held only for the required purpose and duration.
